Fast, friendly service!
This company is fast, friendly, and affordable! I called several garage door companies hoping to get the best price and Shepherd was not only the BEST price, but they were the kindest people to talk to! We just bought our house and we had both an overhead spring issue as well as a mini-barn spring that broke and they were so informative and affordable! I am so glad we chose them, and if we need any garage door service in the future we will be calling them again!

Garage door sensor Shannon Shepherd repaired our garage door yesterday. Very personable, he found I had a faulty door sensor (near bottom of the door). Replaced it and it's working fine now.
Shannon Shepherd/Shepherd Garage Doors - great work! We just had Shannon Shepherd out to repair/replace two springs and a bracket on our garage door. He came out quickly, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and charged us a very reasonable, fair price! He was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Our garage door sounds perfect now, compared to the clanging it did before we had it fixed. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!
