I called Shepherd & Shepherd to get an estimate on cleaning gutters, and to replace 5 broken shingles on my roof. Mr. Shepherd was able to come out and give me an estimate within 2 days. He gave me a great price and he was very professional. He also cleaned up all the debris left behind from the clogged gutters. He’s very knowledgeable about the work he does, so I’d definitely use this company again.

Earl installed a skylight at our house that has had persistent leaking issues. Met him in person, and he's a nice guy, but he will not honor his warranty. Of course he says he installed properly and we have some other issue, but two other roofers have independently verified that the flashing was installed improperly, causing skylight to leak. I've attempted to reach Earl 3x, and he is just ignoring. Nice guy, bad business practices all around!
