I am so terrible with names but I just had one of the guys come out for a mouse problem. He was so polite and was done pretty quickly too. I know that my husband and I will be calling them in the future and recommending them to our friends.

Fabulous! For weeks there has been a steady increase of what I think are mice making a racket in my kitchen wall. Shepard's came out within hours, evaluated the situation, put down the bait, and ta-da, I am not hearing any mice in the walls this morning!
