Recently I had a water leak under my kitchen sink which ruined my wood floor. Shepherd Restoration was recommended to me by my plumber. Andrew Kouns came that day and assessed the damage and gave me an estimate on mitigating the damage which was very reasonable. He worked with Donna at Carpet One and gave me an estimate on replacing my wood floor in the Dining & Living Room, my ceramic tile in the hallway and the carpet in the second bedroom.
