Jadyn was OUTSTANDING!!! I left a message with them, they were here the next day and he fixed my garage door within 15 min. He also gave it a little “tune up” I will forever use Shepherd Shoreline!! Thank you so much for the amazing service.
We were replacing 3 garage doors at our home. We were also replacing the concrete apron of our driveway. The service tech said that it would make more sense to put the final trim pieces on after the concrete had been poured, and they would come back to do that, so it would look perfect. After they left, I noticed that one of the door panels on one of the garage doors had a small dent in it, right between the panels. It wasn't super noticeable, so I didn't say anything.
