Dr Hansen is excellent among less than mediocre staff. From reception to clinical assistants the employees are error prone and not as professional as one would hope. In order to attempt to service more patients the business tries to bait and switch from Dr. Hansen to a less qualified optometrist and opticians. Truly unfortunate.
I never got the chance to meet the Doctor. But the woman who answers there phone calls is definitely not liking her job. I’m literally in pain and this lady hung up on me when I said I didn’t know which insurance I had. I asked her can she fine out and she hung up
