I've had exceptional care for my left elbow at Shephard Health. The team, especially Dr. Sam Shephard, has been very caring and answered all the questions I've had, making sure I was heard, comfortable and looked after. Highly recommend!!
Sam + the team at shephard health were absolutely phenomenal with my treatment for a hamstring injury. Gave more than just physical treatment, helped me understand my body to better help my performance in the future. Would thoroughly recommend.

I cannot recommend Dr. Jay enough. I came in dealing with pretty severe sciatica and constant low back pain that was starting to affect my everyday life.
