I left a review for Shephard Health some time ago, but I felt it was worth sharing an updated one because Jay Shephard and his team truly are that great. They remain my go-to whenever I’m in pain, and some days the pain can be quite intense. Jay always seems to find the cause right away and gets to work helping make it better, right away! I cannot recommend Dr. Jay enough. I came in dealing with pretty severe sciatica and constant low back pain that was starting to affect my everyday life.
