Up until today I have been with them for over 4 years and have been nothing but happy with this company especially Ally who is an amazing dermatologist! Today I recieved a phone call that over 1 month ago they were aware that they had to drop me due to the type of insurance I have. That part is fine, even though I'm not happy about having to find another dermatologist. Dr. Sheperd was an angel in our lives. My daughter had a very big scar due to a third degree burn on her hand and arm which made her use compression gloves for few years. Dr. Sheperd and Amy performed 6 laser sessions that really improved the appearance of the scar and the elasticity of the skin. After that, she was able to remove her compression gloves. There are no words to describe how thankful we are for her professionalism, generosity, and kindness!

I had my first CoolSculpting session and I can wait to see the results! There were two slightly uncomfortable parts of the treatment which combined were a total of 7 minutes. Between those I fell asleep! It was pretty relaxing! Thank you Kristen Brown and Sheperd Integrative Dermatology!
They are the worst dermatologist in Charleston. After I paid $1500 for laser treatment and don’t see any resolve and they don’t want refund me. And when I ask them about my money. Doctor Sheperd kick me out omg . Can’t wait to report this and never ever go there. Worst
Dr sheperd was knowledgeable, professional and had an excellent bedside manner. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building is artistic and beautiful with Dr. sheperd’s exquite artwork all over the walls. Overall my experience at the practice was wonderful.
Dr. Sheperd is so thorough and caring … I wouldn't see another Dermatologist in Charleston!
