My Jeep was recently involved in “a hit and run” while in my work parking lot. I chose Shepard’s to do the repairs. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, friendly staff and the timely manner in which the job was completed. My Jeep looks great ! I had a driver's side view mirror destroyed by a large truck while my car was parked in front of my house. The team at Shepards was easy to work with from the get-go, very communicative, fairly priced, and on the day of service, finished my repairs very quickly. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about Shepards in Newburyport MA. I had to bring my car in twice in the last 6 months (once my fault, once not my fault) and both times the customer service staff was helpful and friendly, and the turnaround time was better than I expected. Another nice thing about Shepards is that they are right across from Enterprise Rental Car, so you can drop your car off and walk across the street to get a rental car while your car is in the shop.
When a speeding, out-of-control driver sideswiped my Mercedes coupe, ripping off the front clip and causing thousands of dollars in damage, I drove it straight to Shepard's. Working their magic, as usual, they completely restored my car back to its formerly pristine condition, and my 2014 E Coupe looks brand-new again. I don't know how Shepard's does it, but I'm glad they do!

I have been doing business with Shepards Automotive Center for at least 30 years, not that I want to but because I have to. When my cars have needed repairs, Shepards has provided superior service. They work extremely well with my insurance company, which minimizes my worries about payments. Most importantly, the repairs done on my damaged cars have been excellent quality work.
