I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, friendly staff and the timely manner in which the job was completed. My Jeep looks great ! I had a driver's side view mirror destroyed by a large truck while my car was parked in front of my house. The team at Shepards was easy to work with from the get-go, very communicative, fairly priced, and on the day of service, finished my repairs very quickly. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about Shepards in Newburyport MA. I had to bring my car in twice in the last 6 months (once my fault, once not my fault) and both times the customer service staff was helpful and friendly, and the turnaround time was better than I expected. Another nice thing about Shepards is that they are right across from Enterprise Rental Car, so you can drop your car off and walk across the street to get a rental car while your car is in the shop.
When a speeding, out-of-control driver sideswiped my Mercedes coupe, ripping off the front clip and causing thousands of dollars in damage, I drove it straight to Shepard's. Working their magic, as usual, they completely restored my car back to its formerly pristine condition, and my 2014 E Coupe looks brand-new again. I don't know how Shepard's does it, but I'm glad they do!
