Have been seeing Dr Shepard for 10 - 15 years. He is a great doctor and nice person, very hard-working.
Very rude and dismissive during today’s visit. I had problems I wanted to talk about but he just quickly brushed it all aside. Spent all of two minutes in the room and that included the rectal exam. Will not be seeing this physician again.
He was very kind, took his time and explained everything thoroughly Nice doctor
