I have been in and out of doctor offices for years for elbow issues. It took two sessions to alleviate pains I have had since high school basketball ten years ago. He knows his stuff! Highly recommended for any sports related or overuse injuries.
I have never had anyone in alternative medicine who sincerely was interested in my well-being as Dr. Shepard. He has taken the time necessary to show me techniques which will treat not only issues concerning my back but addressed my chronic foot problems as well. Dr. Shepard offers immediate relief from pain during the visit, but he also gives tips and exercises to decrease your pain in the long term. He is the only Chiropractor that I've experienced that helps you fix the problem instead of just treating it. I only went to him 3 times and I have felt SO much better since! Most Chiropractors write treatment plans that require weekly visits for months or years at a time, but that is not the case here!! I think I'll go back to get more tips! :-D
