I have been in and out of doctor offices for years for elbow issues. It took two sessions to alleviate pains I have had since high school basketball ten years ago. He knows his stuff! Highly recommended for any sports related or overuse injuries.
Dr. Shepard is a very personable and professional chiropractor unlike any other that I have met or seen. He has tons of knowledge and helps treat your condition both short-term and long-term. He treats the cause of the pain and provides stretches and exercises that you can easily do at home to supplement the treatment. I have never had anyone in alternative medicine who sincerely was interested in my well-being as Dr. Shepard. He has taken the time necessary to show me techniques which will treat not only issues concerning my back but addressed my chronic foot problems as well. He even expressed the desire to consult with my podiatrist regarding issues with my feet. So, I would give his practice the highest grade possible!
