a very big waste of time and money, i wasn't listened to or given any amount of effort, and i was dismissed every time i said i still couldn't read the letters through the lens, and i was told to strain my eyes instead of putting a stronger lens in. then i was told i just needed to get used to glasses when i have worn glasses my whole life with the weakest pair being 4.75 as a child and my most recent pair being 6.75 but i was sent away with a prescription for 1.75, with my eyes dilated so that i couldn't read that till i go... read more
