Everyone I came in contact was caring, helpful and professional. My mother passed away in November 2018 and my father passed away in February 2007. Shepard handled services for both and the experience was equally managed well. I couldn’t have asked for more and have arrangements for them to handle my services when the time comes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

I would highly recommend Shepard funeral chapel. They are so personable and treat you like family. I also like that they have a play area for children in the coffee room. Its hard for children not to get bored and this is the first funeral home I have ever seen this. This was our families third time chosing them. We appreciate what they did for us.
I had heard that Shepard Funeral Chapel was an honest and caring family owned business from a family that attended church with the owners years back. The staff went out of there way to make the experience as painless as possible!
We lost my mother unexpectedly,so the shock was hard enough,but making the arrangements,turned out to be just as bad! The song we wanted played,wasn't the right version,which we knew was going to happen! The lady,Caran,that was helping us was too wrapped up in the version that was played at HER moms funeral. This was OUR moms funeral,not yours! And her version was awful!! And to really top things off,my mothers wedding ring was missing when we got to the funeral home.
