Had upper eyelid surgery... It's like a zoo there. I was rushed in and rushed out. I felt like I wasn't even listened to, but Dr. Zenegar came highly recommended. He has the worst bed side manner... He F'd my eyes up. Don't go to him. He doesn't listen, and just does what he wants. I'm going to have to have my eyes corrected thanks to him. Worst experience of my life!
Just got LASIK done and I love it they were very nice, helpful, and answered any questions I had. I told them I was interested in LASIK and started the process right away and only two weeks later I got it done. :)
The Silva family is forever grateful to the Shepard Eye Center and Dr. Shepard for saving my mom's eye. Her vision was failing in one eye due to hemorrhaging yet Dr. Shepard was able to save her eye structure, optical nerve and restored her eyesight. They were awesome and my mom felt very comfortable and confident in Dr. Shepard's care. My mom continues to enjoy her vision watching her grandchildren growing up. I can't say enough about this center!
Wait time was only about 15 mins from my scheduled time..they were very professional and efficient. The new facility is beuatiful! Highly recommend Dr.Zarnegar!
VERY along wait 1-2 hours . They over schedule their days. It will be an all day if you come for an appointment. A lot of waiting. So if you have nothing to do that day make your appointment ��
THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE CARD KNOWING THAT IT DID NOT COVER REALLY, HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT? I FEEL THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A SENIOR. MY SCRIP I GOT FIELD AND CANT EVEN USE THE GLASSES, I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. This is in HENDERSON NV POOR
Great staff and Dr Brudner is wonderful! With my health history he takes his time with me and looks very closely to see if I am having any issues! I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff or Doctor!
Came here for an eye exam waited for 2 1/2 hour for the doctor to come, doc came for less than 5 minutes, dilate eyes and left again. After everthing was done (2 hours nd 45min)..They didnt even give one of those shades to cover the eyes so it wont be so bright. What a bad service we got. Urgghh..not coming here again. Wasted so much of my time.
