VERY along wait 1-2 hours . They over schedule their days. It will be an all day if you come for an appointment. A lot of waiting. So if you have nothing to do that day make your appointment ��
THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE CARD KNOWING THAT IT DID NOT COVER REALLY, HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT? I FEEL THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A SENIOR. MY SCRIP I GOT FIELD AND CANT EVEN USE THE GLASSES, I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. This is in HENDERSON NV POOR
Came here for an eye exam waited for 2 1/2 hour for the doctor to come, doc came for less than 5 minutes, dilate eyes and left again. After everthing was done (2 hours nd 45min)..They didnt even give one of those shades to cover the eyes so it wont be so bright. What a bad service we got. Urgghh..not coming here again. Wasted so much of my time.
The staff is very helpful and thoughtful! They are much better than the lompoc personel!

Came in December wearing glasses and contacts since I was 11 years old. My vision was at a point of being legally blind.
