No one should have lasik surgery. The lasik industry hides true dangers of lasik and will not include the number of patients who have complications in their advertising. lasik ruined my vision, along with tens of thousands of others. Don't listen to the used car salesmen tactics of these people, and please, don't do lasik!!

Great place! Everyone at Shepard is knowledgeable and courteous, which makes for a solid team. Mercedez in the Optical /glasses department was especially very helpful to me at my appointment last week. She was explained everything very plainly, easy to understand and patient as I was making decisions. She has wonderful customer service skills, which is rarely seen these days! Keep up the good work!👍

Took my friend there because her glasses lost a screw and we were half expecting to get charged since most places do. Natalie helped us out and was so nice. I'm glad she had great customer service since it seems that most places now don't. Thank you Natalie. 😁
