During lunch today the table of conference attendees were all commenting on the outstanding service received from the Shepherd employee during set up, while the conference was on going and for tear down. They were all very outgoing, helpful and friendly. All of the individuals at the table had noting but good comments about the group. In fact they said Shepard was the best conference service group that they’ve ever worked with in all the years that they’ve been attending conferences.
We had some serious issues for a couple of months, but Customer Service was able to finally resolve them to our satisfaction. We appreciate their help in getting this taken care of.
I appreciate the excellent customer service from Anissia May. Had a slight issue that she immediately resolved.
I had a minor issue with a conference that Shepard managed. Shepard fixed the problem in a timely manner and I'm pleased with their response.

After attending a convention in Atlanta, my company hired Shepard Exposition Services to pack up our booth and ship our equipment to another location. The packing went great, but there was an issue with the condition of our boxes at the point of delivery.
