Do NOT shop here. When I came, Theresa assisted me and appeared very friendly, informative, and willing to work within my budget for supplies. However, after purchasing what I was told were Gold-Filled chains and spending nearly $2,000 for "higher gold percentage that is non-tarnishable". I later discovered the items were actually Gold-Plated, not Gold-Filled as advertised and explained to me. They do NOT carry ANY Gold-Filled chains at all, it is all Gold-Plated. Lot of cool beads you won’t really see anywhere else and they have good deals. Also a reward system for small jewelers that consistently shop for supplies
