For Clear Lake Place Apartments - the ceiling leaks from the skylight into the floor in front of my apartment-- but dont worry- they have large umbrellas! the place looks like a dump with dirty walls and gross hallways that smell like trash. dont bother trying to ask for mantence, they ignore you. even when there is black mold growning and won't let you out of your lease. and roaches. lots of roaches. leaving as soon as me and my dog can. they also dont pick up trash. office people rude and not helping manager rude.

Wish I could give zero stars. Lived in Belmont Village/La Fontaine property for 4 years - if you like the smell of animal feces assaulting your nasal senses as soon as you open your front door go ahead and move here. The apartments are large but OLD. They don't fix anything they simply patch and paint over the major defects. My ceiling leaked when it rained, living room ceiling was cracking , and front bathroom toilet would back up frequently. The office staff was overall terrible with a high turnover. I have been living in the complex since September of last year, the apartment that we moved to was too small and I have asked for a bigger one, they gave me a small one and convinced me that I will be getting a new apartment within months and I will relocated to a more spacious apartment.
