Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ji. Here I am 2 days post op, no swelling, and no pain. DR did an amazing job! I can’t recommend him enough !! The nurses and assistants there are incredible. Very nice and comforting environment.
I was referred here by Dr. Collins at Integrity Dental, who is wonderful, and I was hoping to schedule an appointment with the oral surgeon, Dr. Sheng. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office was very disappointing. The person who answered the phone (Galinda) was rude and made me feel uncomfortable from the start. Dr. Ji is very good if you need a cheap surgeon who wants to get in and get out, for something simple like a tooth extraction. If you need a more complicated procedure I would look somewhere else. He performed a wisdom tooth removal that went ok but I had a lot of lingering pain so I went back for a follow up appointment. I had a lot of questions that Dr. Ji did not have the time or patience to answer, so his response was to send me a certified letter in the mail 2 months after that appointment saying that he was no longer g... read more
Receptionist said she'd get back to me by the end of the day. I specifically asked her to leave me a voicemail if I can't get to the phone and she said she'd text me instead (not sure why she couldn't just leave me a vm) and ended up doing neither. I called back but they were closed already. Is it that hard to just leave me a message?
