This salon is like stepping through the looking glass, and if you have any constructive criticism you will be threatened with CPS or other criminal charges....seriously, go to the barber shop on the corner!! I'd rather have my head buzzed than to return to such a hostile environment where I'm not even be satisfied/pleased. The customer is NOT right here.

What that other particular client did was mistakenly directed at the wrong Brittney. At some point being a small business it can get frustrating when people with bad intentions try to harm our salon.
