Our system went down at the Shenandoah Alliance for Shelter. We called this office and they had Eric come out within the hour. He gave us the bad news that our box needed to be replaced and new ones were running pretty high. In the meantime he even offered to go to Walmart and get us an old analog phone just so we could make phone calls. He said he might have a box back at his office and about an hour after that he showed up with a system in his hand.
