Not very professional. Telemed appts were scheduled and bc the pt was 3 mins late was considered a no-show and charged $100. Normally if you go in person there’s a 15 minute limit. Twice, the autistic patient, unaware of the 3 minute late charge, waited to be connected in vain. We called to let them know the she was waiting to be connected but they are more interested in getting paid for doing nothing rather than rescheduling the appointment or seeing the patient for a few minutes less.
