I loved the personnel. They are very kind and attentive along with the dentist. I only had one problem which was that I had to pay $686.00 with my Care credit card because the receptionist said they estimated my insurance would only pay $200.??. My insurance covers 80% in or out of network.
Always a great experience. Dr. Bohrer makes going to the Dentist as painless, and enjoyable as he can. Actually pretty well. His assistant my last two visits, Tanya, is just as competent, and caring as well. And my new crown feels great! ð
I was very thankful that u guys gave me an appointment same day without being a patient this is rarely done as I was quickly finding out I had made many many calls to dentist in wv and was turned away each time even after explaining the pain I was in so thank u for that ur staff was very likeable so I have no complaints on anything.
