Good and friendly
Have always hated to go to the dentist. Since coming to Shenandoah Family Dentistry, those days are over! Dr. Pell is the most skilled dentist I have ever been to. His staff is most professional yet warm and welcoming. I can not believe that I no longer dread going to the dentist!
Office and staff are very nice! Kari was awesome! Enjoyed the tour and gift bag. Dr. Pell was very informative on what issue I was having and worked up a treatment plan for me, however, I was supposed to hear back the same day regarding the plan and to learn about the care credit that you offer but haven't heard anything as of yet. So don't know what the plan is and if I will be able to get my issue fixed. I plan on calling today to see what the plan is. Hope to get some answers. All in all - everything was really nice.

Dr. Bohrer is always great. One of my caps popped off, no pain involved, but the staff worked me into the schedule and Dr. Bohrer got me back together again. Always Professional, always caring, and great people too!

Dr Bohrer is the best! He is so kind and explains everything he is doing. The Staff is great and went out of their way to accommodate me on short notice.
