I VISITED THE SHEN NEDICAL IN COMMERCIAL BLVD JUST TO LOOK BECAUSE I AM LOOKING TO CHANGE ALONG WITH MY WIFE, AND I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE HOW CLEN AND ORGANIZED IT WAS. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY.
Dr Thompson always always takes the time to listen to her patients and gives feedback where the patient understands what’s going on with them.
I have been a patient of Dr. Shen for a long time. He has put up with my hard headed behavior and he never gave up on me. In October he finally got me to go and get a colonoscopy done and I’m glad he did. I had a polyp removed that was “pre-cancerous”. Now I’m being just as stubborn about a CT scan that I had and him and his amazing staff are at it again, “beating” the sense into me that I need to stay healthy!!! I love Shen Medical Associates and no one can convince me otherwise!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all it’s hard to find a dr and also it’s hard to find a dr that you trust. I’ve been to this place 3 times to see LaDonna Thompson and they never listen. Went in today with a blood pressure of 170 over 114 and after sitting in the office for 1 hour and 15 mins still never seen a dr. If your appointment is for 3:30 that mean you should see someone around that time. At 4:45 I walked out without seeing anyone.
