Dr Shen is well experiences on dermatology. He maybe not a good listener but he took care my family skin problems. He is a doctor we trusted.
Incredibly horrible dermatologist. Does not take the time to listen to your skin issues. Incredibly impatient and rude. I suffered from severe acne and after trying many antibiotics, I told Shen Jenyee it wasn't working and if it was possible to be put on Accutane. He insisted that he didn't want to be liable for prescribing that medicine and continued to prescribe me more antibiotics that didn't work.
