Been going here for years. I chipped my tooth tonight and the person on call isn't there. I first called at 9pm and it's now 1am. I hope they have a good night's rest because I'm not going to. You should keep looking if you want a dentist that is there for you when you need it
Dr Averitt and his team at Sheman Dental Group are the most caring dental group I have ever experienced! Today I took my 86 year old mother to them because she broke a tooth. They allowed her to stay in her wheelchair throughout X-rays and treatment. They were calming, caring, chatted with her like she was the only appointment of the day! My husband and I see Dr. Averitt as well and he always recommends what’s best for the patient, not what will make him the most money.
