Very good!! Much better than the over-rated seafood restaurants downtown.
Ate dinner (yesterday), & brunch (today)....delicious...will definitely eat there when we return...my only complaint would be the size of the oysters...we had a dozen raw yesterday, and at best they were the size of a nickle....we had a dozen the day before at a different establishment in the same area, that were at least 3x (or more) plumper...but even small, they were still delicious...
the place is filthy. it's clearly lacking authority. it needs a good scrub and some fresh, serious management. I might suggest Gordon Ramsey pay this place a visit. it's such a shame that such a great location with so much to offer suffers so horribly.
Best seafood I’ve ever had! Fried oysters, fries and okra were SOOOO good, and the key lime pie was “to die for!” Staff was friendly and inviting as well as extremely helpful!!
Food portion wasn’t what I thought it would be and took awhile to get food, but food was pretty good especially the crab dip! I would go back at least for second chance!
The waitress Angel was as amazing as the Carpetbagger burger and the calamari with spicy relish.
Had heard the food was good and maybe it is, but it can’t be so awesome that after waiting at the host stand and sitting for 10 mins to continue to wait and not having a single person acknowledge you. Yeah it was midday or off hours on a Monday but after finally being seated the server or bartender should have at least acknowledged us. So if you are looking for decent service and to be acknowledged maybe eat someone else.
