RecommendedHmmm....Every time I have been here I have NOT seen dolphins but every soul in Charleston swears by this area as a place to see them. Are they hiding from me?! 🤪🐬 I do Love this place to come chill and watch a nice sunset, pictured is a delicious “Banana Split” flavoured drink that their mixologist customized for me. Wonderful Sunday evening to unwind and spend some time in good conversation by the oceans inlet. Cheers!
Love the location and the service and food was great!!!
The food was poor quality, service was slow and unfriendly! Their live fish in the Aquariums need to be looked at the puffers teeth need to be trimmed so they to can eat too! We ate here 20 yrs ago and the Quality of Food and Service has not changed!
The food was mediocre at best. Waitress was not friendly. Asked for a fresh water as my ice had melted and I’m 37 weeks pregnant and she came and put more water into my cup with no ice and spilled it all over my leg and didn’t even acknowledge the fact. Definitely won’t be back.

Can’t go wrong with seafood on Shem Creek
We have been going here for 13 years on vacation, but this year was so disappointing. I can understand why there were no oysters, no Shem pot of steamed seafood due to the pandemic, but the hostess was less than thrilled and the server was overwhelmed trying to help us and tend bar. She crab soup was cold and thick, seafood spectacular was less than spectacular. Sad.
The food was delicious, oysters, and flounder, was fried just great. All sides were very delicious also. The staff and waitress was very professional, did not have to wait for any service. Will be back very soon!!!
