Nothing but good things to say about this company and all the work they did! I called and they came out within an hour after getting off the phone with them! Highly knowledgeable very helpful and took care of the problem! Recommend to everyone and anyone!

We hired him to come out and clean our septic. We confirmed our appointment with him a couple days before he was suppose to come. No show, no text back, no call back, and not answering his phone. He was suppose to be here Tuesday and this is Thursday and still nothing.

Do not use thus company they supposedly came out to my house 2 years and 4 months ago to empty my Septic tank and do an inspection that I paid them $650 .00 to do I've been trying for 2 years and 4 month to get a paid receipt for emptying my Septic tank and a copy of there inspection report 1st time I contacted them I was told what I needed will be dropped off the next day and never heard from them I have left many many text , voice mails , and emails not even a reply whatsoever,had my tank serviced last week by a REAL Septi... read more

We had him come out 2 years ago to clean outlet tank. He was supposed to have fixed our pump and floater, but instead messed up the wiring. Fast forward less than a year later, my tank overflowed, and the alarm and pump didn’t work. Had another company come out, clean it AGAIN, and “fix” the problem. Here I am, 8 months later with a full tank, no alarm, and no pump working. I called Shelton’s MULTIPLE times. He answered once, said he would come out the next day, but never did.
