Where do I start???? I started with one realtor and I was stressed out to the max then I was without a realtor! Time was running out so I had my sister help me find a house she said she found a home that Shelton Keely had listed. On friday nite I emailed him requesting to see it and saturday morning he met me at the home. Talk about service, he meant what he said and took time out of his schedule to meet me there! It is difficult to put into words how much Shelton did for us. After my mother died, Shelton aided us in every step of preparing the house for sale, advertising the condo, keeping us updated regularly, finding a buyer, and not giving up. I say the last part because the closing was delayed many times because we had another death in the family and the ownership of the condo was changed. It was a mess. Shelton Keely provided outstanding expertise and real estate services involving the listing and sale of our property. He expertly handled our sale which involved multiple complicating factors from beginning to end. Our property was part of an estate settlement and 99% of the process was accomplished via mailings or electronic means. All heirs lived out of state and one resided in California. Selling my mother's condo could have been an arduous time consuming painful process, instead we moved the property at a realistic price without stress. Been working with Shelton for many years. When I call about a property he gets me the information quickly allowing me to decide whether or not to make an offer. If I make an offer the paper work and contracts are submitted quickly. Never had a problem, he is highly recommended
