I had worked with Shelton on a couple of items (Property Management, and selling my home). I found him to be very forthright and honest. He's local (born & raised in Plant City), so he really knows the area, not just from a sales perspective, but as a local. I found that trait to be intuitive and responsive to the rental as well as the seller's market.

Wonderful experience, he went above and beyond despite 5 addendums to get the deal done, reaching out to the other party to assist and move the closing process forward, Shelton was very professional and knowledgeable about home values, appraisal processes and loan assistance to the buyer, I picked the right guy!!!

I have dealt with Shelton Keely on several transactions and I have been impressed everytime. Not only is he extremely professional but he is extremely knowledgeable about the entire industry. It was the sale from hell (5 extensions) We was ready to call it quits, nothing seemed to be working, but Shelton hung in and pulled it off! Great guy and great realtor! Give him a call!
