After 2 previous attempts, I finally had the hitch installed at Shelton. Right from the beginning, Dave provided me with all the correct information. I sat comfortably in the showroom, masked, while the hitch was installed. I cannot speak more highly of the service and the kindness of the staff. So glad, I drove almost an hour and found the solution, I was looking for!
