The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions.
