They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. When I called back with some additional questions the person answering the phone appeared to not want to be bothered with connecting me with a nurse. She wanted me to just come on in. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly

My only complaint is with the rude people who now answer the phones. Myself and my daughter have called and been told it is not their propblem. We love the doctors there but if this continues we will change doctors. I have a PPO so it is possible to change.
