They sent a reminder message and called before arriving. Technician was personable and knowledgeable. Technician showed me before and after photos of my house dusts. Very pleased with the process.
Ken performed admirably. My carpet has never been so thoroughly cleaned. The customary filth stains on door thresholds were completely eliminated. Ken's demeanor also shows his dedication to creating successful client relationships. I'd suggest him to everyone. He also has fantastic equipment and a brand-new truck. It's an amazing achievement.

They were able to set my appointment up the same day and gave me a courtesy call beforehand to let me know they were on the way and showed up on time. On time, thoughtful and did a terrific job! We have tried different carpet cleaners and none have achieved such a desirable job. Carpet appears nearly new again. All stains had been eliminated or lightened to a very very faint color. I surprisingly advise it! Plan to make it an annual service.
Erica and helper cleaned my down furniture and rugs. I was nervous with the furniture, but they did an excellent job! They even called to see if I was available early, because they were ahead of schedule. Will use them again, no doubt.
