This facility & its staff is amazing !! it is equipped with state of the art equipment very knowledgeable staff ! They were caring and professional. They were very compassionate, patient and handled their patients with dignity ! It was ran like a well grease wheel. Everybody knew their job and worked very well as a team. Words can not describe the amount of love and care these people have! They made my wife feel safe and heard every step of the way. She had a TBI and was here for 5 weeks. Everyone from OT, PT and speech therapy, the nurses and techs were amazing. Highly recommend. You really want your loved ones to come here.
My dad needed this physical therapy at sheltering arms 2-3 times now for separate things and hands down a great place for rehabilitation and they get the job done quickly.Deserve 10 stars!
The people are friendly, and the environment is clean. The staff is very professional and attentive. If you go there, I highly recommend asking for Stacie at 13530 Hull Street. She is polite, skilled, and excellent at working with people. I would give her a perfect 10 out of 10 for her experience and professionalism.
The facility cares only about the money. The RNs are really nice and the therapists too. However the case managers there are the worst. They have an attitude and they treat you bad.
