We were looking to buy our first home off and on for a few years, and then decided to pull the trigger and enlisted Lauren and Ryan’s help. We managed to get an off-market deal during a crazy, competitive time. During trying moments of back and forth negotiation, Lauren and Ryan guided us through with ease, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They also helped during a remodel prior to moving in. The house was a bit of a cosmetic fixer, and they helped us visualize the remodel, which was super helpful.
