The staff and the doctor were great at Shelter Island medical group, but I wanted to specifically call out Ali, the office manager. She was very detailed and thorough in her work when I had some challenging paperwork. Thanks!
Outstanding customer service and Dr. Selah is the best doctor with his outstanding knowledge.
I wouldn’t recommend this office. Ally was very rude and with an unprofessional attitude, even after she raised her voice yelling at me and I still was nice to her after that. (Bigger person). She needs to be trained so she can be able to deal with discrepancies w/out being so rude. My experience with her definitely has me changing my primary doctor.
As a physician myself, I hold very high standards for medical care, and Dr. Saleh exceeds them. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and communicates in a way that is clear and efficient without ever feeling rushed.
