communication skills are terrible. been waiting for test results for almost 2 weeks that were supposed to be in 2 days. convinced they failed to send it in. I'm told it's pending but yet they are telling me it's not ready. I understand mistakes happen I just don't appreciate dishonesty or the bit of gaslighting. when you call they just tell you to hold and forget about you. the only way to get a hold of someone is to show up in person. they will tell you they will call you but they won't. edit: the owner commented below show... read more
