Very friendly and helpful.
Very nice people and low rates
It is the worst I ever experienced. Can't even get anyone to return my calls. My son had his insurance with her and he died n9w his wife died and she still won't answer my call. Don't get insurance with shelter insurance.
Absolutely the worst insurance agency I have ever gone through. I tried multiple times to get in touch with them, and no response. Katy is the most disrespectful, ignorant person I have ever come to. Please take your business elsewhere! Progressive is much better. Please offer better customer service.
