Josh was impossible to get in touch with, and never communicated what was happening with our insurance on our property despite promising he would always be prompt and communicative before we let him write our policy. It typically would take at least 3 emails to get a response from him, and if any policy issues came up I'd have to discover them -- never once did he let me know about any of them. Stay away from this guy unless you want to always be in the dark and have zero customer service.
Josh is great a providing the best in customer service and best options for you! I trust his knowledge of the different insurance trumped and options. Outstanding at his profession!
