Does not properly answer questions. Uses some kind of script to try to sell you additional insurance you don't need. No refunds even when you are entitled to same. Condescending. Reply to your AI response. Thanks for addressing none of my concerns. Your services are completely worthless.

Most ruthless and dishonest insurance agent I have used in my life. Stay away and you will save a lot of money. All he knows how to do is try to sell you coverage you don't need so he can pocket more money.
I have full coverages and the total to fix my car was $2,360 and all shelter gave the repair shop only $260 but i was left to pay the remaining amount im very disappointed in how covered i was
