I just purchased a new-construction townhouse from Shelter Homes and highly recommend them to those looking for a new home. The quality of the build is leaps and bounds better than what I saw in other townhouses in the same price range. I'm very happy with all of the finishes and overall design. My realtor was very impressed by the clear and open lines of communication with the owner, office, and site manager. I've found the same since closing. My Buyer just worked with Shelter Homes on a beautiful townhome in Cap Hill in Seattle. The finishes & layouts are head and shoulders above the other new builds in the area. The team was great from pre-contract, through various contract negotiations, & into closing. They have a wonderful Superintendent for the site who is hardworking & gets things done in a timely & professional way. The Home Warranty company for the New Buyer Orientation was phenomenal and felt like he was doing a nice job of helping pointing out blue tape ... read more
