In my experience in a shelter creek apartment was great we been living there since 2021 and it was good the staff was really friendly and the prices not bad for 2 bedroom apartments was 2,350 dollars free water. If you have a problem inside your home just let the office know and right away they do fix it they are very helpful and good people. I highly recommend for a single family

I lived at Shelter Creek apartments for over three years, and just moved out of the area. I found the property managers to be extremely responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or maintenance request. The grounds were well maintained and my neighbors considerate and kind. My one bedroom apartment was very spacious and had great afternoon light. They also have a wonderful pet policy. I have a dog and cat and there was no pet rent, which was such a plus! I have lived at the Shelter Creek Apartments for almost 3 years. Everything from the beginning was top tier, from the showing of the unit throughout the application and approval process. I have always been treated with respect and kindness while Miss Rose and Christine at the leasing office address any questions or concerns I have promptly, and professionally. I chose to live here because they allow you to have two cats or a dog and stayed here because of the wonderful staff, Rose and Christina! You are close to transportation and shopping and everything is walkable. The apartments are roomy and well maintained, plus your neighbors are very friendly. There is a pool and the grounds are very well maintained for you or your kids to enjoy.
