My partner and I worked with Melissa during the move-in process and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. She made it an easy and wonderful experience. She answered every phone call and email with a positive and helpful attitude. Shelter Cove itself has been amazing and we love the cleanliness and hospitality. The 24-hour maintenance and night time patrol makes us feel better about anything out of our control happening. They are also pet friendly and having a little grass area for my pup to relive himself is the biggest bonus.... read more

Excellent service. Great place to live. Very nice grounds. Great pool . Nice apartments. It has a very difficult application process not easy to navigate
They have a good service and good rental unit prices .
