Never had a management office who was more on top of things. When moving in, there was a miscommunication with the gas company and I almost had to move in without hot water. Sandy pulled some strings and managed to get us an appointment right on time. Since then we had an accident with the vinyl flooring(completely my fault) that management had fixed within two days, and when I was concerned about a sulfur smell in the apartment they got back to me after hours on their personal time to make sure it wasn’t a gas leak. We've lived on this property for many years and Miguel has been one of the best head maintenance guys We've ever had.
Sandy, Ally and Melissa are wonderful. Beautiful community and great energy in the office!
I moved in a little over a month ago, and Sandy has been so helpful during the move-in process. Not only that, but Antonio has been a big help with the few maintenance issues that we've had. Everything has been going so well, and I'm very grateful for it.
