My daughter's truck was purchased with pre-paid maintenance and this dealership charged her for maintenance because her "warranty" was up. She called ahead and verified that her maintenance was covered when she made her appointment. She was subsequently charged, fraudulently, and this dealership should be ashamed.
I had an appointment at 11am for tires balance and alignment. They didnt touch my truck til 1pm and charge 300 for labor
Just bought a new Toyota Grand Highlander. Ryan and Jay were an absolute delight to work with! Would recommend them to anyone!
I appreciated MacKenzie being kind, courteous and helpful. She assured me our van would be ready by 11:30 and thankfully it was ready, even sooner than promised. She was very friendly, helpful and courteous.
Alex was amazing. Made the process extremely easy and stress-free from start to finish. He was patient, answered every question I had, and never made me feel pressured. I drove off feeling confident in my purchase. Highly recommend asking for Alex!
