Nikki was very responsive and informative throughout the process at the service department. Walked us through the customer service program for the damages that occurred to my wife’s RAV4 and was 100% covered under the program. Grateful that Nikki got us the part sooner than expected and my wife into the rav4 days earlier than initially expected to. Brought my prius in for an 8.45 appt for a state inspection. I was told it would be approximately 10.00 to 10.30 before my vehicle would be ready. I waited and it was 11.10 before my vehicle was ready I saw several customers come in after I arrived and their work was started and completed before my car was inspected. Why have an appointment if this is the way they work. It appears that if you want shelor to do service work(mine was inspection only), plan on being without your vehicle for at least a half day even when getting... read more
