Great service by Brian and the folks at Shelor. Brian made the entire process smooth and effortless.
Ryan was great but took 5 hours before we were done due to negotiations and waiting for finance guy.
Second time buying a car through Kay!! We absolutely love him and his honesty!! He always treats us like friends, and remembered us as we walked in the door. It was a long process, but worth the wait, and I cried happy tears, when I found out him and the other employees were able to get us in my dream car!! I can’t thank you all enough!! I had a mildly frustrating experience with the service department 20 years ago so I purchased the following two vehicles at dealerships in Princeton and Winston-Salem. I returned to Shelor for my latest new vehicle purchase. Due to some mild incompetence and lack of ethics, I will never be purchasing another Toyota here. I will be purchasing a new Corolla this fall, but I will not be shopping at Shelor Toyota again. Fortunately, most Toyotas do not have factory defects.
