First they sent the wrong flowers, then they came and took the "wrong" flowers and left the correct flowers....but really, are they planning on re-using the day-old arrangment for someone else? Poor customer service! Good customer service would have been to leave the wrong flowers and bring new ones as well or bring the new ones and take the wrong flowers but credit the account due to the inconvenience.
Ordered Roses and Daisies were sent instead and offered to take back Daisies and replace with 6 Roses after the persons feelings were already hurt. I recommend not to use this Florist. Very bad customer service and does not believe that customer comes first.
