Patient When giving me immunization shots, Dr. Savage spent almost the whole time on the phone on a personal call, no apology. As my OBGYN, she knew it was my 1st pregnancy but gave no guidelines or what-to-expects along the way. The ultrasound dr. gave a due date but said that it was an unsure guess. We figured out our baby's due date & called to ask to induce. Her MA told us she refused & that we could not move up our app. to talk about it. We didn't even have a chance to give our reasons. Great Clinic! This is a great clinic! Dr. Savage does a great job and takes care of my whole family. She has delivered my baby and many of my friends babies. It is nice to have a doctor who is a mother also. Her staff is very friendly and returns my calls if I have a question that can't be answered right away. I love this clinic!!
Best Doctor in Utah Valley!! Dr. Savage is a great doctor who took care of all my needs and my family needs. She answered all my questions and her staff returned my calls when I had questions. Her staff is awesome. I would highly recommend Dr. Savage to all my friends and neighbors.
You have a phone for a reason. It may be easy to get an appointment but it is very hard to talk to anyone later. I'll wait a few extra days for lab results and when no one calls I'll call in. After being on hold for a few minutes they finally tell me they haven't even given her the results and they'll call tomorrow. but they don't. So I call back in again and she still hasn't seen them so she looks at them there and finally calls back. This happened twice. Very comfortable Dr.savage is a personable doctor and is very good with kids! she loves to hold my babies after looking at them or giving them shots, its always easy to get an appointment within a week to two and if she has to run out to deliver a baby her assistant Lisa stubbs is very nice and helpful! they are great there!
Very Kind and Helpful! I found the office to be helpful and welcoming. I was a patient here two years and felt comfortable speaking with the staff in all capacities. I am so sorry I had to move and leave their office.
Easy Doc to Talk to - Specializes in Women and Children's Health The staff in this office is always helpful and it is relatively easy to get an appointment that isnt months and months out when you need to get in right away for a gynecology issue. She is a family practitioner, but I think mostly specializes in women and childrens healthcare.
